Returns & Exchanges

RHUDE offers returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, masks, and special collaborations are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is authorized, a prepaid DHL or FedEx shipping label will be generated for you to download and print.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to avoid a restocking fee.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
